"Trust, don't doubt; trust and inquire"  ~ Arne Naess

Dear friends, welcome to a new edition of our little newsletter, this time inspired by the topic of kindness, which is another word for ethics.

A few days ago we've celebrated World Kindness Day with a special guest post and guided meditation offered by Kaira Jewel Lingo.

Did you miss it when it came out? Don't worry, every day is world kindness day! And every day we get many opportunities to act from a place of gratitude, peace and gentleness.

Seven Worlds, One Planet

We're part of the 10%(!) of the UK population glued to each weekly installment of National Grandad David Attenborough's new series (available on iPlayer for those in the UK only).

It's hard to overstate the importance of Attenborough beginning to speak, without equivocation, about the urgency of the climate crisis. His influence has become truly global: so many Chinese viewers downloaded Blue Planet II that it slowed down the whole country's internet.

Until next time 👋
